This week's Sunday Short isn't what you might expect from a fly fishing video, but it has us dreaming of some warmer weather and chasing some elusive fish. We especially need this after the crazy weather we've had here this week. Try everything from a humid day with temperatures in the 70's to snow and near hurricane force winds just 36 hours later, but enough about our weather.

Getting the Shot, will allow you to escape the norm and dream of trying to catch something that most of us can't in our own backyards. It features some amazing footage you definitely haven't seen before. The crew of 36North implemented a specially designed and built remote camera setup to get some unprecedented angles. Catching fish is not always paramount to enjoying our sport as you will see. We enjoyed watching the footage and think you will too. Enjoy something a little different in this week's Sunday Short.

In May 2012, Marc Montocchio joined several friends at the Casa Blanka lodge in a pristine part of the Yucatan. With a custom-made remotely triggered camera, he hoped to capture two of fly fishing's most elusive targets. See the photos and read more about the trip on the 36North blog http://www.36north.com/blog/getting-the-shotpermit-and-bonefish/
